JCI Dhaka Founders stood tall as they orchestrated the ‘Career Connect Expo 2023,’ a two-day parade spanning from September 17th to 18th. The first day was graced with a star-studded panel discussion and an engaging open dialogue, featuring outstanding speakers like A.K.M Fahim Mashroor, the CEO of Bangladesh’s premier online job hub, Bdjobs.com; Dr. Md. Abul Kashem Mia, the Vice Chancellor of United International University; and Ziaul Haque Bhuiyan, the National President of JCI Bangladesh.
During this profound conversation, these prominent speakers shared essential insights with aspiring entrepreneurs on the complexities of human resource management. They discussed creative solutions to long-term difficulties, emphasizing the crucial importance of attracting and maintaining top people inside their organizations.
On the second day of the event, September 18th, 30 notable organizations interviewed approximately 300 painstakingly shortlisted candidates throughout the day. Prospective applicants indicated interest in job openings on bdjobs.com and easy.jobs. Following a thorough screening and selection procedure, carefully selected individuals got private invitations for interviews.
